There is such an olympic for blind, wheelchair and etc. It's called paralympic. That's big difference from Special Olympics.
About WC-X:
There is such sport like that called 'Quad Rubgy' where they crush each other. Sound like Wheels of the Hell to me. I read an article like that from Maxim Magazine. Reading Maxim Magazine is so fucking useful.
