Oh, so the Graham Norton Effect is just a best-of of So Graham Norton?
League of Gentlemen is mostly edited for time. Nudity and Cussing is blurred and bleeped.
The first series was edited down to six 22 minute episodes, which means a few minutes would get cut. The stuff with Pop and the newspaper stand got cut out. A lot of the stuff with the three friends (whose names i forget) and the one getting married got cut. The Prank Shop sketches were cut out. I can't remember anything else but there is more, I know.
For the second series they edited them into 8 22 minute episodes, so much less (if anything) was cut out. It was all there, just rearranged. I've watched both versions of the series and I didn't notice any major differences.
The third series never aired on comedy central, but they aired on BBC America, where they don't edit for time.
