I got a story for you.

I was working in the hospital about a year ago and an elderly man around 65 years old comes in with his wife. They sign the triage form to see an Emergency Room Doctor yet forgot to fill out the part of the form that says, "Reason for visit"

The old man leans over and tells me he has something stuck in his ass. Fair enough, I tell him but the triage nurse will need to know what is stuck in there.
