Doesn't mean it still sucked ass. Here is a typical episode:

Gir is doing some dumbass thing. Zim responds with a random phrase (usually involving the word doom, or funny pronunciations of the word). Zim forms plan to destroy earth. Dib trys to stop plan. Along the way, both Gir and Zim scream and yell idiotic catch phrases, "like a third rate cheech and chong", while Dib responds with, " That's Stupid" or "the super, radioactive, thingy". This show should not have been created at all if the only way it could be expressed was by using a crap ass station (much like the clerks cartoon, or Dilbert on UPN, or any other cartoon that isn't on Fox or Cartoon Network or Comedy Central)
