I'd describe it like this: If it wasn't directed by Kevin Smith, it would have been a lot better.
For the end of a series of films, all you get is a low-brow dick and fart movie that completely spits in the face of his first four movies. I mean, this was supposed to be a closure to the characters we'd already met. But instead, they're all reduced to two-demensional cameos that haven't done anything since the movies they were last seen in. Just really disappointing, because you expect more from Kevin Smith.
Now, if you didn't have those expectations, the movie would have come off a lot funnier, which brings me back to my statement above.
