Another problem with being confused, paranoid and delusional is that when something real happens no one listens. Years ago, when he published a pamphlet entitled, "I Was Tortured in the Pasadena Jailhouse," I didn't doubt that much of what he claimed actually happened, but by that time it was clear that Bobby was a pawn or two shy of a board. Kind of like one of those television shows where someone without credibility really sees a flying saucer. "Sure, Bill. A flying saucer. Right."
