I dunno. With my attempts, I usually just sit ready to swallow the alcohol or the pills or whatever and just think and think and think for the longest time about it. Then, suddenly you come to a moment when your thinking stops and you don't care about anything in the world. At that point, do whatever you want to do while you're too senseless to worry about it.
Of course, I don't recommend you actually do that. The world would be a sad place with one less hot chick artist.
