I wanna see the scene with the black guy fighting bill that I heard rumors about. Where can I see all the features on the dvd?

Micheal Jai White (Spawn, Universal Soldier: The Return) is the black dude who fights Bill. You see a clip of it in the trailer (when the film was 4 hours long) and it's a deleted scene on Kill Bill Vol 2. DVD.
