Helm - I somehow agree with your overall analysis, but my interrogation was about people (males) supposedly enjoying it in porn, while they are not that much interested in the real thing.
Maybe most men consider it too dirty/taboo to be more than a fantasy ? strange.

Now for the reasons for a woman to enjoy it. The psychological reasons do not necessarily include the "doing something dirty" thrill. I personally enjoy the total submission feeling (physical sensations are so overwhelming that you basically can't move, just have to stay there and "be used"). And there's also the "fill me" syndrome - not sure how to explain it, but penetration for a woman is like the filling of a void, the temporary taming of an eternal hunger. The desire to have each and every hole available filled would be the associated fantasy, if you wish.
