If I were the editor on this movie, I'd add a segment before the credits saying that 'this movie is dedicated to all the babies that died while making it' and then show pictures of babies with descriptions of how they died.

"Oliver - fell in the pool and drowned"
"Annie - drank bleach"
"Peter - microwaved by brother"

Or I'd just replace the whole movie with a movie about zombie babies, "Baby's Day Of The Dead", full of dead baby jokes and gratuitous shots of breasts.

The babies can only be defeated by making them drink breast milk with nitroglycerin and then setting them on fire!
