Hmm a pulley system, could work, however I was thinking of using a tried and true African method of stretching one's manhood, by weights or by piercing, only problem is the wang then ends up lookin like a long worm.
And...I apparently did, shoot me if it's necessary, but tell Tilly I loved her.
