It just occurred to me that it's entirely possible to go overboard. For example:
Hick: HEY BOB JOE!
Hick 2: Ye-yuh, Joe Bob?
Hick: Lookee this here gun o'mine! It shoots lots and lots of shit!
Hick 2: Well goooooooll-lee! I wonder what the other team'll think of that!
*Phone rings. Hick answers.*
Hick: ....whaddya mean ya'll don't wanna play with us no more?
