Dear Journal,

Well, Journal. Even though I grew up with very liberal parents (my sister Judy being so left-wing that I think that she should do a cameo on THE WEST WING hahaha that's a joke, Journal), I have very conservative views. For instance, sometimes my mom sometimes sprinkles a teensy-bit too much sugar atop her wonderful sugar cookies, and I for one will not excuse these matters lightly. I always "make my rebuttal" by gently yet firmly dusting the sugar off and into the trash. See, it's things like that.

Anyway, Journal, like millions of warm-blooded patriotic Bluffington civilians, my parents went out to buy My Life by Bill Clinton. They polished off those 952 pages in three days, and now it sits on top of our TV like a shrine. Well, me and Skeet were thinking about it the other day, but I couldn't bring myself to read a single page of democratic hodge-podge, no sir.

But then on a particularly rainy afternoon, Skeeter and me ran out of good Quailman stories, and we were sick of Barnyard Chess, so we decided to take a gander at Slick Willy's new memoirs (Slick Willy is what I call him because I made it up. I'm going to be a stand-up comedian someday, Journal).

Well I tell you what, we were so into his book that we didn't realize we missed school the next day. Mrs. Wingo really had it in for us, boy howdy.

Anyway, I don't remember much of My Life by Bill Clinton because he used a lot of big words that I didn't understand. Also, I was holding it upside-down the whole time. Live and learn, I always say. I gotta go, I can smell Mom's sugar cookies in the oven. I hope she didn't put too much sugar on top of them this time. Oh brother...

I Google-searched "Doug" and this is what I got
