Corel Painter 8 is the best for showing off your new draw pad. I've had one for about 3 years now, and Painter8 definitely shows off its pressure settings the best. Even better than Photoshop. Corel sorta went in with Wacom technology to customize their program to the settings of the stylus. This was done in a few hours in Painter:
