I think Kev's more right than OAO, as Rove's definitely no Neo-con.
BUT. Karl Rove, in my opinion, is an event at a point in time moreso than he is the inventor or source or even the bearer of the torch of dirty politics. OAO, you are a markets guy... Rove is nothing but the supply.
He's like the VD you got because you got way too drunk that night.
