It's a chance for Bruce Campbell to finally make a movie that will get his name out to people other than Evil Dead/Xena nerds, so I say good for him.
It's not like it's going to ruin the old movies, and maybe if it's popular we'll get a 4th Evil Dead movie out of Sam Raimi.
