Bill O'Reilly gets sued for sexual harassment

Okay, I just read the piece at Smoking Gun, and I'd say Oreilly is in touble no matter who his lawyers are.

It's pretty obvious that she has tape. I would guess that on the tpe you can hear her asking him not to talk about the stuff he's talking about.

Then there are phone records, and her college friend, and the strong possability that others will come forward.

Add to all this O'reilly's often displayed craziness (he got Fox to launch an utterly frivelous law suit against Al Franken , one everyone knew they would lose.) and you've got a hell of a situation.
