I made a cocktail in my garage of things like antifreeze and rubbing alcohol and I starred at it for a good hour before throwing it outside and cooking me up a steak.
It was a really good steak because I seasoned it just right and cooked it up rare.

I would never have eaten that steak had I gone through with it. :o
And I never considered death an option since.

I've had suicidial urges since I was in the 5th grade. Once I tried to kill myself in front of my mother.

After a while, you learn to deal with it, and the urge evolves with you. It changes, but the cause is always the same.
