All of that itching on your scalp was really trillions of teeny little worms and now that your scalp is numb, that means that they are burrowing deep through you skull to your brain. Within a few minutes they will hit the soft gray matter of something that is supposed to a brain but all those teeny little worms are going to be so disappointed because your brain is already gone.

It resides in your feet now and all of those teeny little worms are going to have to burrow all the way through your body just to get at your feet.
