I've stopped hanging out with a lot of people in real life that do drugs exactly because they feel that what they have to say, the way they interpret their trips and all that stuff is very important and/or humourous. Whereas they're the ultimate in 'you had to be there' stuff and nobody else cares to hear that sort of rambling incoherent mess. What I see is people with too much time on their hands and too little of a purpose.
