Big should get a brain tumor for not formatting his chat typing better. That ramble of his is just one post on any decent messenger, or is he using retardAIM where the char count is limited 'so you little guys can get it'.

Anyway, Ninja, it's not so much not enjoying to hear about other people's tales of fun. It's just that drugs affect your biochemistry and awareness is ways that cannot be put to words. So why fucking bother. I don't want to hear it any more than James wants to hear how it feels to have sex for the first time.

Nah it's regular aim. But people tend to hit enter in the middle of a sentence instead of typing a whole paragraph.

The only thing I find interesting about it Helm, is when 2 or more people ingest the same substance and then compare the effects during or afterward.

Trying to talk to someone who's never done acid about an acid trip is fairly pointless. Same with DXM, except maybe you could talk to a schitzophrenic about it, because a DXM trip basically makes you schitzo for a little while.

Hey Matt, why don't you just call one of your friends that happens to get jokes and read my post to him and he'll explain, ok?

And yeah ziggy I guess when you have some basis of comparison I can see the point in discussing that stuff, but I've never done drugs and do not intend to and all these people come off boring and rambling (not to mention brain-fried most of the time) and and and that's what I was talking about.

That's why some people are musicians, some people are intuitive yet talentless critics and some people are completely clueless. I wonder if this ability is something that's actually physical and inherited genetically. Oops! Philosophy Forum.

"Typing was not worth attempting. If I ever ried that again I would ingest, play some light music, an wrap myself tightly in a blanket on my bed and remain there for the entire 5 hour duration."

That's basically what i did, turned some music on and the tv, closed my eyes and hoped the gram and a half worth of dex was enough to make me incapable of movement.

And people find giving themselves temporary mental disorders fun?

I'm sorry, but I have to agree with lotida for the first and last time

Mental disorders are fun, as long as you don't have to live with them.

It's not for everyone, but mucking about with one's own neurochemistry certainly can be enjoyable. Just ask anyone who ever enjoyed getting drunk.

I have a new respect for Mr. DXM user for the first time. I have some pure dex, i can send it to you(for a little reimbursement). It makes you alot higher, and the highs not as dirty(the dirt is fun sometimes though). Plus you'll get more for your money, and it's not as hard to chug down. You just throw it in a capsul or parachute it

I find the stories completely unentertaining. The people who tell them really don't seem like the brightest crayons in the box, so i can definitely see why you'd hate to hear them try to describe it. I just plain don't give a shit about these stories and what goes on in them. A friend of mine likened telling a drug story to telling a story about jerking off, except the latter might end up being some type of humorous way. I guess drug stories are more interesting when you can relate, but for me they're completely useless. The people who tell them all seem far from cunning and about as boring as a person can be when they tell them, so i try to minimize the amount of time i waste listening to stories of the same nature. At least when i read it, i can skip through and find all the interesting parts.

I like how seemless the hallucinations can be especially when you're using it to enter 'chemignosis'. Feeling like you're somewhere behind the curtains of the world is exciting, sort of like having backstage passes to a concert.

Ok Ninja and Helm, we understand. Drug related stories and topics bore you. Why in god's name are you in a thread about them ranting on and on as if someone forced you to read this?

I dunno, I thought it was kinda interesting. Then again, I don't think bubba is a complete sack of human waste, unlike the chaps with 5-pointed leafs in their avatar and 50% of their daily wardrobe.

To me it seemed as if every thought I had turned into a movie whose direction I could turn, but was out of my complete control. It became frustrating when I tired to gain control of one particular hallucination where bubbles of light were forming a monster. I wanted the monster to look a certain way but the hallucination would not allow it.

I gots no dis with kahlio.

I dunno, it sounds like something fun to do at least once, at most a few times. I think if you're unwilling to even try something you're missing out on some what being alive is all about.

And yes, that means taking a few hours out of your day to dine on catshit, JUST BECAUSE IT'S NEW.

You'll never know unless you try it.

It could be great.

That statement sounds not only completely closed-minded, but a little naive as well. What do you think of 'drunk stories'? How about dreams? Faith?

'Drug stories' bore me when they are bullshit (e.g. Mickey Mouse chased me when I dropped cartoon acid!! ), exaggerated, or circle-jerk contests of who did more and/or who has been more 'fucked up'. Personally, I found Bubba's 'drug story' quite interesting. It sounded like he had a very insightful trip and he explained it quite coherently; what's the problem exactly?

Just because the kid in your high school that smoked a joint on the weekend sounded retarted when he bragged about it Monday morning in homeroom doesn't mean you can generalize everyone else who experiments with drugs in that same light.
