What error are you getting? If you're receiving the one that I'm thinking of, you should only be getting it if you tamper with the web form... or if you have some kind of crazy Internet connection that constantly changes IPs.

I should also point out that buying equipment will NOT improve your strength alone. You must have units to make use of the equipment. It's not like KoC where you could get a couple dudes and 5000 swords and be kicking ass.
