There's no turns in LoM. Your army has stamina, which you can see on your main profile page.

Attacking currently uses 1 stamina per attack, and you regain stamina at 2% per turn (30 mins). You can basically attack until your army drops from exhaustion, but the lower your stamina, the less effective your army is. For example, a 90% army will do a lot more damage than an equal sized 30% army.

Your stamina also affects the damage you do when defending. If you go on an attack binge and leave your army at 10% stamina, you will be slaughtered easily by everyone around you.
