Heh, that's funny. I mean, it's funny, because it just won't work anymore.
During this campaign, I had the pleasure of meeting and working with several Republicans who grew up either on dairy farms in Wisconsin, or bean farms in Iowa. These were real conservatives (NOTE: You, Ronnie, don't fall in this category). Generally, whether they agreed withhim or not, they tended to like Howard Dean. He's energized, he's passionate, he has a clear message, and his platform has broad appeal (despite what the Fox News spin machine had to say about him.....frankly, I could care less what extremists like Cal Thomas, Bill Kristol, and Sean Hannity classify as "extreme").
I think a DNC influenced by Dean scares the crap out of the Soviet Republicans. Next time around, he just may have the support of the DNC machine, as well as the support of those who voted against him because Kerry was "electable." Right.
