well maybe you can help me out now.
I work at a bowling alley. If you dont know we coat the lanes with oil twice a day and take it off at night. Because of this the lanes become very slippery. The other day a man walked out onto the lane, slipped, fell and hurt his back.
he is now suing the bowling alley. He claims that we didnt post any signs telling people to not go onto the lanes. We do have three signs, two on each wall and one in the middle on a post between lanes. The signs are somewhat small and i could understand how someone could overlook them but he was on the farthest right lane which means that he had a sign right next to him.
I guess im asking, does he have a valid case? I have seen many other people walking in our lanes and i always have to scold them for doing such. Also, he might have been drunk.
