I think the "Truth" people believe they are going to live forever and never grow old and die because they don't smoke. Obviously only smokers die, or get cancer. What would truely be ironic is if a few of the Truth guys got some other non-smoking related cancer and died young, would be tragic that they died, but hilarious at the same time.
