How do you escape from reality?

for me it's heading for one of disney's hotel pools and just be underwater (somewhat like in that movie "The Graduate") until i need to come up for air. and in some occasions, i'll go in without any goggles and try to keep my eyes open while i'm underwater (it's sort of strange that everytime i do this, i often think of that song called "Sleeping Awake" from The Matrix Reloaded)
