Saying employers "exploit" employees is asinine

You stupid bastard. When an employer treats their employees unfairly, such as threatening to fire them if they don't work unpaid overtime, then it's exploitation. Just working for someone isn't exploitation, and no sane person would claim that it is.

Its not that people WANT to work for companies that treat them like shit, its because they must work for them because no other work is available and they can't pay the bills if they don't.
