Flowers (for "not too romantic" I'd suggest daises or possibly lillies), chocolate, dinner, movie, concert or go to a play. Let her pick it if you don't know what kind of movie, music, food, plays, or activities she likes. Be sweet, listen to her drivel (as long as it's not about an ex-boyfriend) and just converse.
