STOP SHOUTING! when you type in all caps it looks like you're SHOUTING! It just screams "I WANT ATTENTION!" and nobody is going to take you seriously!
Another tip: Learn how to type better. I'm sure you know how to spell, but a lot of misspellings can be avoided if you just type SLOWER and read what you are TYPING. PROOFREAD people PROOFREAD!
