And if he does win this case what do you think comes next? Criminal prosecution of Dr's and subpoena's for underage girls.

An if only those records are used that's well past bad enough. But what do you think will happen to all the records of all the woman and drs involved in perfectly legal abortions? Can an AT's office already at the absolute forefront of the privacy rights debate be trusted with these records? I sincerely doubt it. You want to put money on the tbale if this AG gts his way, these records are leaked to anti-abortion groups within days?

If I was thw administrator of a clionic, I'd shred my records now and take my chances on an obstruction of justice charge.
