If Itunes (which i assume you are using) is anything like winamp you can just click somewhere (not sure where) > add media to library > browse anywhere on your HDD(s) > then it will be added to your music library.

The music does not have to be in the same place because all a media library is, is a database of the MP3's information with a target where the file is stored.

If you actually want 2 seperate librarys (in the application you are using), unless is has the ability to set up profiles, im pretty sure its not possible.
