you can't TOTALLY transfer over saves, just 200000 credits and the a&b licenses
but anyways i got a '95 3000GT VR-4 with level 2 turbos and basically every other improvement, and am doing the '90s Japan cup over and over until i can afford level 4 turbos
the music on this one totally sucks though
and i really wish they could figure out a way to convince Porsche and Lamborghini to let them use their cars
