No, it was made up A century ago in the head of some guy who wrote horror stories. IT DOESN'T, AND NEVER HAS EXISTED. He said so himself. The book you can get now is just a hoax based on a bunch of Sumerian mythology with some Cthulhu related shit thrown in.
