When you're fighting the two Gigante in the mineshaft or whatever, there's a large trap door in the middle of the room that you can drop one of them in to. If you get too close to it while it's dying, it'll grab you and pull you down with it.
Edit: Did you guys ever realize you can use chicken eggs as weapons? I bet a Gold Egg kills half the bosses in one hit.
