System Reqs - 1.2 GHz Processor, 256MB RAM, Win 2000/XP, 4.5 GB of available Hard Drive Space

Total Memory: The RAM in the Xbox will be supplied by Micron, it will be 64 MB running at 200MHz DDR (Double-Data-Rate)
Considering the fact that a console generally gives better performance out of similar hardware specs than a PC, I'd say the game should run OK, but not as well as on a high-end PC.
