2) Also before you even think of posting a new topic, please make sure that a similar topic hasn't already been posted. I can't tell you how many times we've seen this happen. So don't make yourself look like an ass (yeah, I know that might be asking too much) just check on the first page or two of posts to make sure something similar hasn't already been posted.
