Well, he was the host of Nickelodeon's famous game show Double Dare. One Double Dare was not enough however, and Mr. Summers found himself hosting various derivatives, such as Family Double Dare.

He fell off the face of the earth to battle Voltron turned evil and after returning successfully from that campaign he got a new show on the Food Network. No word yet on whether he actually eats, or just absorbs nutrients from the sun photosynthetically.
