Oh yeah, I don't disagree with that for a second. Especially here in St. Louis where someone honks at you from 2 blocks away zooming 40 mph over the speed limit in an SUV because you are trying to merge in their lane WHILE GOING THE SPEED LIMIT! And this is on a regular blvd!
