I took a weeks vacation and everything seems to have cleared up. It's so clear now that what I was going through was a re-birth of sorts and that now I can kill whoever I want and will never be caught as I am God's instrument. Oh, also, I can chain smoke and remain cancer free and eat as many crispy strips as I like, as God is keeping my arteries clear so I can do His killing.
