Max, you have to agree with him to some degree. If there is a mandatory evac, the warnings from the National Weather Service are basically copied from the worst parts of the Bible, and Bush already declares NO a federal disaster area and you still choose not to leave... well, sorry, there are conquences to your actions. The people who couldn't leave but wanted to deserve pitty and help. The people that were recalcitrant I don't feel sorry for.
