Vinth... are you saying that four years after 9/11 the Department of Homeland Security has not developed the ability to do any better than this in the event of a terrorist strike, something the administration has repeatedly said is a matter of 'when' not 'if'?
'Cause that would sound like a pretty huge admission that you think our President has failed in one of his major goals.
If it had been a dirty bomb in NO instead of a hurricane, with no warning instaed of a coule of days would the Chertoff really have said "well, you know, disaster relief starts at the local level. We couldn't do anything for them until they asked us to."
