It's Mutant League Football/Hockey.
Get the Streets of Rage series, and Mickey Mouse's World of Illusion.
Make sure you get WORLD and not CASTLE. World is an awesome two-player game involving Mickey and Donald, and Castle is a shitty single-player game with nothing redeeming.
