Kennedy is a fat, obnoxious , alchohol abusin' jerk who almost always votes the way I want him to.

As for Roberts I'm torn. Yes, he sounds great.

On the other hand, as a young man, this is exactly what he advised Sandra Day O'connor to do to avoid giving any substantive information away.

On the other other hand, for a right of center justice, she turned out to be pretty damn good.

And unless Roberts suddenly whips out his rig and starts screaming for little girls, he's getting confirmed as chief justice. So we're all going to see what kind of a chief justice he makes.
