The third movie is pretty bad. They try to add drama, but along the line one of the scriptwriters said, "You know, we're nothing but wanna-be softcore porn writers. Let's act like it." and they eschew everything in favor of a second evil alien chick to fight the first one.
I like the "Greatest Horror Movie Moments" features. They're nifty.
