cease and dissist letters are kinda just a scare tactic alot of them don't have a case behind them, since they don't make golden eye anymore it should be safe.

But then again I know nothing about anything...

They actually made a Golden Eye mod for the first Half Life. And it sucked.

There was a mod for Quake 1, that was based around the Alien movies. It was banned by 20th Century Fox.

also the GI joe mod was issued a CnD by hasbro but they were allowed to keep doing it when they changed the names and coloration of the characters and vehicles.

I hope this doesn't suck 'cause pulled off right, this could be awesome. Goldeneye is one of my favorite games on N64 and it'd be nice to see it all shiny.

Weapon Balances, in the old goldeneye there was an awesome balance of weapons. It added a nice layer of strategy, like using dual Klobbs on a guy you snuck up on who has a golden gun. Because of the golen gun the bame becoms a surprisingly fun Predator & Prey style game. I hope they can keep things like that in the game.

P.S. Old school ghost explosions that lasted 30 seconds.
