FEMA To Reimburse Faith Based Groups

As far as everybody doing the work of government, I'm assuming their will again be a qualification threshold that would would have to meet (check out the FEMA website, maybe there's an appication posted?). In Florida just before the last election, FEMA was giving out checks and in many cases not even getting receipts of any kind. In addition, they gave oiut lots of 'reimbursements' for costs nbeither incured or even asked for.

That doesn't make it a good idea. If the adminsitration had always wanted to make dogfood out of dead people, tis would also be an ideal opportunity. This administration has abused the benefit of the doubt at every opportunity. I cannot imagine why you thinbk that's going to change.
