Jason Phillip Macendale (The third Hobgoblin) became Demogoblin for a time during the "Inferno" storyline, until the demon he was bonded with got fed up with him and seperated from Macendale, becoming the entity Demogoblin. However, Demogoblin is now dead.

Doppelganger was created during the Infinity Wars by Adam Warlock's evil self, Magus, along with doppelgangers of nearly every other Marvel Hero. He devoloped some sort of bond with Demogoblin that allowed him to remain on Earth after the Infinity Wars. His biggest role was, indeed, during "Maximum Carnage" and he has not been seen since, as Carnage gutted him.

Harry Osborn was only the second Green Goblin, and like his father, fell in battle. Unlike his father, he is still dead.

The Hobgoblins were some lackey, Ned Leeds (though he was under mind control), Jason Phillip Macendale, and Robert Kingsley.
