As he turned his weathered face towards the orange-red, setting, western sun, he took a pull of his Kentucky bourbon. He squinted as the smoke rose from his hand-rolled cigarette and tipped his Stetson to wipe his brow. He strained to look out over the wide expanse of land from his hilltop perch. This cowboy country is part of me, he thought to himself. This land, this THREAD ... is mine.
