Okay, some of this tuff is pretty bad. However I think a lot of it is sort of unfair, particularly because we all write stupid things in e-mails that we think will be in confidence.

For example, this e-mail, " "Can I quit now? Can I come home?""

I think that's unfair. You know he was being sarcastic, and he very well may have said it after a day of working his ass off.

i don't think the overall point you made at the end is wrong, Max, however I think it's worth noting that a Democratic congressman who is in serious ass-covering mode is the one who disclosed a lot of this stuff.
